CAMP CURIOSITY: 25-27 July ‘24
TERMS & CONDITIONS
By purchasing your ticket (in full or payment plan) to the ‘Camp Curiosity ‘24’ event hosted by Sarah Harney, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
EVENT TERMS
CANCELLATION & REFUNDS
We cannot accommodate full refunds. Any deposit paid is non refundable. However in extenuating circumstances, cancellation may be considered up until 1st April ‘24 with a 50% refund of any payment installments made up until that time to be negotiated.
TRANSFERS
If you are no longer able to attend you can sell or transfer your ticket up until 31 May ‘24, this needs to be provided in writing to camp@sarahharney.com and approved by the team.
CONFIRMED ATTENDEES & DIETARIES
All ticket holder details and dietary requirements must be confirmed no later than 3 June ‘24. After that we cannot guarantee any change requests for printing or catering purposes.
DAMAGES & LIABILITY
Any damages sustained to the venue property and fittings during the event deemed where an attendee is at fault, the attendees are financially liable for. No attachments are to be used on the walls or ceiling without prior permission from the management.
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY
The staff will adhere to responsible service of alcohol. No alcohol will be served to minors (less than 18 years of age) or intoxicated persons. Management reserve the right to exclude or remove any persons whose conduce is deemed inappropriate or unruly.
EXTERNAL CATERING
No other food or beverage may be brought onto the premises for consumption during the event unless approved by the manager.
NOISE RESTRICTIONS
Apply in all areas of the venue, and must be followed by the directions of management. All music will conclude no later than midnight. Upon conclusion of the event, guests must leave in a timely manner & noise kept to a minimum out of respect to our accommodation guests.
INCLEMENT WEATHER
Our outdoor spaces can be affected by inclement weather. Should this impact the function an alternative space may be negotiated with the manager. Refunds will not be offered due to weather.
POSTPONEMENT POLICY
In the event of postponement of the event by the host due to controlled circumstances (ie. not due to illness/COVID 19 or natural disasters) attendees will be offered to attend the new date. If you are unable to attend the new date you will be offered a refund or a full credit to use within 2 years.
COACHING TERMS
This Agreement is entered into by and between SARAH HARNEY and person purchasing this purchase whereby Coach agrees to provide Coaching Services for Client. Coaching is an alliance between the Coach and the Client in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires the client to maximise personal and professional potential. It is designed to facilitate the creation/development of personal, professional and/or business goals and to develop and carry out a strategy/plan for achieving those goals.
1. Client/Coach Relationship
That the above Client is solely responsible for creating and implementing his/her own physical, mental and emotional well-being, decisions, choices, actions and results arising out of or resulting from the coaching relationship and his/her coaching calls and interactions with the Coach. As such, the Client agrees that the Coach is not and will not be liable or responsible for any actions or inaction, or for any direct or indirect result of any services provided by the Coach. Client understands coaching is not therapy and does not substitute for therapy if needed, and does not prevent, cure, or treat any mental disorder or medical disease.
Client acknowledges that coaching is a comprehensive process that may involve different areas of his or her life, including work, finances, health, relationships, education and recreation. The Client agrees that deciding how to handle these issues, incorporate coaching principles into those areas and implementing choices is exclusively the Client’s responsibility.
The Client understands that in order to enhance the coaching relationship, the Client agrees to communicate honestly, be open to feedback and assistance and to create the time and energy to participate fully in the program.
2. Schedule, Fees and Refund Policy
The parties agree to engage in agreed fees.
If subscription fees aren’t paid within 14 days of due date, membership will be terminated. If you have paid for a program, you will be required to pay the rest of the amount due. After 30 days this will be handed over to an agency for debt collection.
We have a strict no refund policy. If you are having issues with any of the material, coaching sessions, one-off sessions or membership, please contact sarah@sarahharney.com so we can best support you.
3. Cancellations and Rescheduling
There are no refunds on coaching, memberships or programs purchased.
Sessions cannot be made up. There will be a recording supplied if you are unable to make our group coaching call.
4. Confidentiality
A. This coaching relationship, as well as all information (documented or verbal) that the Client shares with the Coach and the Coach shares with the Client as part of this relationship, is strictly confidential. As this is in a group coaching setting, the same applies for any participants who are in the group. However, please be aware that the Coach-Client relationship is not considered a legally confidential relationship (like the medical and legal professions) and thus communications are not subject to the protection of any legally recognised privilege. The Coach agrees not to disclose any information pertaining to the Client without the Client’s written consent. The Client also acknowledges his or her continuing obligation to raise any confidentiality questions or concerns with the Coach in a timely manner.
5. Limited Liability
Except as expressly provided in these T&Cs, the Coach makes no guarantees, representations or warranties of any kind or nature, express or implied with respect to the coaching services negotiated, agreed upon and rendered. In no event shall the Coach be liable to the Client for any indirect, consequential or special damages. Notwithstanding any damages that the Client may incur, the Coach’s entire liability under these T&Cs, and the Client’s exclusive remedy, shall be limited to the amount actually paid by the Client to the Coach under these T&Cs for all coaching services rendered through and including any termination date.
